Videographer in Babesa bullying case arrested – Kuensel, Buhutan’s National Newspaper

Thimphu police have arrested a 20-year-old man yesterday, who allegedly filmed the video of the man bullying a minor that went viral on social media since August 4.

Police sources said the videographer is from Paro and he is a class XII dropout.
